How do I sign up for service?
Click here! This link will take you to the sign up page. There you can select which services you would like to start. If you have any questions, give us a call.
When will my trash be picked up?
Your trash pickup day will be determined according to your neighborhood. This assignment will be given to you when you sign up. Give us a call if you have any questions, concerns, or special requests.
Can I have my trash picked up on a different day than assigned?
We want to work with you and fulfill special requests as well as we can. If you need trash picked up on an extra day after spring cleaning, a big party, etc., let us know and we will get you taken care of.
Can I have additional trash carts?
Yes! We can provide you with multiple trash carts upon request.
Can I sign up for just recycling services?
Our basic service is garbage pickup, so when you sign up for our recycling program, you will also be signing up for our trash collection services.
How often is recycling picked up?
Recycling carts will be picked up bi-weekly on your assigned day of the week. Pickup days are assigned according to neighborhoods and are given when you sign up.
What is commingled recycling?
Commingled recycling, or single-sort recycling, is simply recycling that doesn’t need to be stored by material before pick up. Co-mingling makes recycling much easier for you! Simply throw all your recyclable materials in the same cart and we will come pick it up.
What materials should I put in my recycling cart?
Paper, plastic, and glass. No need to sort it! Throw it all in the same cart and we will pick it up.
Can you pick up yard waste?
Yes! Yard waste pick up is available upon request.
Can you pick up bulk items?
Yes! Bulk item pick up is available upon request.
